How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@zendrops.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items
